Integri is looking for a technical Junior Customer Support. The company is engaged in the construction of IT infrastructure, implementation, maintenance and support of servers, diagnostics and prevention of various IT problems.
Requirements:
- Using a computer with a computer at the level of a novice administrator;
- Orientation in Windows Server technologies (AD, RDS, etc.);
- Understanding the architecture and mechanisms of operation of the main elements IT structures (SCS, telephony, etc.);
- Oral and written literacy, English - at the level of understanding simple technical text and working with non-localized software.

- Reception of calls from users;
- Dispatching of incoming calls and e-mail mail;
- Independent resolution of some typical problems related to basic user services;
- Basic analysis of the situation on the first line of support and presentation of its results to management and other employees;

- Execution of well-formalized tasks not related to technical support.
Working conditions:
- Official employment or according to FOP
- Working schedule: 9:00-18:00 in the office (st. Fedkovycha) + shifts by agreement ~3 days a month (remote)
