Game Support Manager in Mysterytag

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with users by email and through various services from questions of a technical nature, timely response to messages received through the feedback form in the game;
• Creating templates for solving frequently occurring problems together with the development team;
• Administration groups in social networks, support and updating of FAQs in groups;
• Interaction with game testers, documentation of identified problems/bugs games.

Our requirements:

• Competent written Ukrainian language;
• Knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level and above;
• The ability to communicate clearly, accessible and polite opinion.
