A person who has experience in creating effective processes and working closely with the development team.     • you know basic troubleshooting methods;
    • you are able to simplify complex technical details for clear explanation to users;

    • possess written and spoken English and Ukrainian languages.

    If you want:

    • interact with users via chat, understand their needs, solve problems and report bugs;
    • collaborate -shoulder with control commands quality and development to jointly improve the quality of our product;
    • analyze and improve support processes, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users;
    • create and improve guides, technical notes and response templates , making them understandable and useful for everyone.

    It will be an advantage if:

    • already have experience in technical support, customer support or similar positions;
    • worked with Intercom or other chat systems;
    • familiar with Jira or Confluence;
    • have a basic understanding of the logistics industry.
