We are growing and looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our customer support team.
No prospecting and cold calling, no sales and unnecessary pitching to the client, just tasks within technical customer support (support/compliance/billing). We work in accordance with GDPR rules.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of spoken and written English on at least Intermediate level (B2-С1);
- Experience working with clients (CC/Sales/Support/Conversion);
- Self-motivation, reliability and ability to work independently;
- li>Ability to learn new information quickly and efficiently apply it in practice;
- Focus on customer needs and good customer service skills;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data, analytical skills;
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Desirable experience or understanding of financial markets (FX/CFD/Crypto).
Essential tasks:
- Your main task is to become the one who will solve any problems of our clients and provide them with the service that favorably distinguishes us from other companies on the market;
- Communicate with users through chats, e-mail and phone;
- Quickly help and answer customer questions and requests, on technical issues (verification, work with accounts, work on the platform and etc.);
- Always provide feedback and maintain customer loyalty.
