CS Recruiters Team is a team that specializes in the mass recruitment of specialists for the position of Customer Support. We work in a dynamic environment, looking for talented candidates to be part of the support team and help users around the world.

Who are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming resumes and actively searching for candidates on work platforms (job sites, LinkedIn, social networks).

• Conducting the initial selection of candidates: resume screening, assessment of compliance with job requirements.

• Active and passive communications with candidates: phone calls, invitations to tests and interviews.

• Administration of test tasks.

• Support of the recruiting team: organization of interviews, coordination of candidates, preparation of related materials.

• Maintenance and updating of the internal database of candidates, reporting on the status of candidates and the recruiting process.

• Search and attraction of candidates through social networks, thematic forums, professional communities.

• Participation in online job fairs, career events and company presentations.

Requirements: 

• Developed communication skills: competent oral language, the ability to listen actively, reasonedly answer objections and convey information clearly.

• Excellent written Ukrainian language: literacy, attention to detail, absence of typographical errors.

• Proficient computer skills: knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work with Google Docs.

• Analytical thinking and a systematic approach: the ability to structure information, work with large amounts of data.

• Attention to detail and a good memory: the ability to process and remember large amounts of information.  

• Quick learning and adaptability: willingness to learn new skills and work in a dynamic environment.

• English language at a level sufficient for working with documentation and communication (will be an advantage).
