Junior Creative Designer - GDx in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Junior Creative Designer for one of our businesses.

What challenges await:

Your key mission is to create marketing creatives that "stick" and perform.

Your tasks:
—Creative creation: development of static and video creatives for performance marketing;
—AI-driven approach: active use of AI tools to generate ideas, create creatives and speed up production;
— Generation of hypotheses: participation in brainstorms and search for new visual approaches that will improve metrics.

—Development: willingness to quickly learn new tools, especially in the field of AI.

What for important to us:

Must-have:

—Motion Design (After Effects, CapCut): confident work with animations, resizes and plugins;
—Graphic Design (Figma): fluency in tools for creating statics;
— Flexibility: willingness to adapt to of changes.

Nice-to-have:
— Experience working with AI tools (Midjourney, Kling, lemonslice, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.);
— Understanding the principles of performance marketing.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation, a charitable fund created by company employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
