To continue to win, we need a team of the best. We are looking for a person to join the SKVOT team, an online school of popular culture, who understands creatives and makes learning comfortable and challenging in a good way. Our Junior Content Producer (Instructional Designer) is responsible for the entire learning process — what the content should be and format, how students will practice and what will be improved to make our courses better. What will be in your task list: market analysis and identification of the needs and goals of our audience; formation of educational goals that the student should achieve during the course and skills that he should develop; briefing the lecturer and joint design of educational programs (idea, concept, course format); distribution of tasks in the team (between the designer, content manager, curator) and monitoring of the execution of tasks; control of the course launch process from the first lecture to the last diploma; analysis of materials from the lecturer and introduction of new methods and approaches in education; preparation of recommendations regarding the format of conducting online classes, presentation of educational material, lecturer communication with students; analysis of feedback from students and lecturers + analysis of course effectiveness metrics — profitability, satisfaction, engagement; development of a course improvement plan for feedback and analytics results. We may have a match if you: already have experience in creating/curating courses; are creative at heart, but want to work in the field of online education and influence the learning process; know how to build win-win relationships with people; you quickly acquire new knowledge and easily navigate creative topics; you are able to evaluate the product globally (helicopter view) and find opportunities for improvement; you are not afraid to support several products at the same time; you think critically and structurally and are able to explain complex things in simple language; you transform point knowledge and tasks for a single system; Nice-to-have: Upper-Intermediate English language (with plans to attract international lecturers); experience in GameDev.
