Role DescriptionAs the Affiliate Manager, an essential aspect of your role will be to continuously explore and evaluate new sources of traffic acquisition to enhance the reach and performance of our affiliate marketing program. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit best potential affiliates to expand our affiliate network and reach new markets.Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources, support, and guidance to maximize their performance.Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and overall program effectiveness. Campaign Planning: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with our overall business goals.Commission Structure: Develop and manage commission structures and incentive programs to motivate affiliates and drive results.Reporting: Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, program efficiency, and other relevant metrics to management and stakeholders that ensures campaign visibility and facilitates decision-making.Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to implement innovative strategies.Explore DSP Research and Integration: Conduct in-depth research on various Demand-Side Platforms to identify potential opportunities for acquiring high-quality traffic. Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to seamlessly integrate selected DSPs into our affiliate program.Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of traffic acquired through DSPs and other channels, comparing it to existing traffic sources. Analyze the results to identify areas of improvement and optimize conversion rates.By taking a proactive approach in exploring new sources of traffic acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our affiliate marketing program.
