Junior Compensation and Benefits Specialist (non-financial motivation) in VCHASNO GROUP

What is important for this role:

• knowledge of Exel;
• attention, systematicity, responsibility, understanding of the importance of confidentiality of work;
• communicativeness, openness;
• experience with DMS, working with partners (search for offers, bonuses, discounts for colleagues), writing posts in channels, conducting surveys (will be a plus);

• knowledge of labor legislation, calculation of bonuses and benefits, experience in C&B (will be a plus).

Main tasks:

• administration of corporate health insurance programs:

  - keeping records of corporate health insurance employees;

  - interaction with insurance companies: support for the conclusion of contracts and additional agreements;

  - provision of advisory support to employees regarding the terms, rules and procedures for using health insurance programs;

• administration of non-material motivation programs

  - support and administration of non-material motivation programs (loyalty programs, bonuses, corporate benefits);

  - performance monitoring, development and improvement of current programs, proposals for filling;

  - conducting surveys;

• corporate knowledge base - filling, systematizing and maintaining the relevance of information in the corporate knowledge base in the direction of compensations and benefits;

• administrating HR processes within the functional area in the direction of compensations and benefits.
