Junior Business Analyst/Product manager in Treeum

The Treeum team is looking for a Business Analyst/Product manager.

We are a Ukrainian product FinTech company that creates convenient services for choosing and ordering financial services.

• 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Product manager
• Experience in one from areas (IT, finance, banks, MFI)
• Knowledge of work processes in IT teams
• Ability to organize the process

Tasks:

• Development of new and optimization of existing business processes (providing proposals, developing business cases, preparing business requirements, setting tasks for the IT Department.)
• Participation in the development of new IT systems on the project
• Accepting tasks from customers to the IT department, clarification of tasks, submission to IT development, ongoing support in the development process, user testing of tasks, closing completed tasks in the tracking system.
• Participation in the work of the IT project team, consulting,
• Development of documentation
