FINANCE OFFICER / Finance Officer in Oksfam, Predstavnictvo inozemnoyi neuryadovoyi organizaciyi

Main responsibilities:

• Manage on-time payments (cash and banking), prepare monthly reconciliations, and assist in uploading monthly bills to PeopleSoft.
• Support budgeting and monitoring of projects in coordination with the financial manager.
• Verify and process payments, ensuring that all necessary supporting documents are in place.
• Assist the Finance Manager in ensuring compliance with Oxfam GB's financial procedures.
• Coordinate logistics for asset management and maintain proper record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance of budget expenditures and maintain tax/social reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for donors, audits and authorities.
• Maintain monthly payroll processing and annual audits.
• Conduct visits to verify financial compliance with Oxfam, donor and local regulations.

Requirements:

• A strong team player with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good accounting knowledge and experience in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively to ensure policy compliance.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English, relevant experience in finance or accounting (3-4 years).
• Experience working with PeopleSoft and being proactive in problem solving.
