Junior Business Analyst in VCHASNO GROUP

Vchasno services are used by more than 1,000,000 Ukrainian companies (among them: Nova Poshta, Glovo, Uber, Bolt, Portmone, OLX, Delivery, Rozetka, Silpo, Monobank, Kyivkhlib and many others).


We are looking for a business analyst who will be a key link between business and CRM Creatio. The main task is to analyze the needs of teams, implement effective no-code/low-code solutions, optimize processes and maintain the current functionality of the system.

Important for this role:

• experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• experience working with CRM/ERP/HRM systems, etc. - setting up business processes, creating objects and UI settings;
• experience with Creatio will be a great advantage;
• understanding of no-code / low-code solutions;
• knowledge of BPMN, creation of flowcharts, diagrams;
• ability to write test cases and conduct testing;
• understanding of the life cycle of tasks;
• preferred: experience with REST API, integrations, SQL-based level.
