What will you do:
- Participate in the development and implementation of the brand strategy under the guidance of the brand manager.
- Join the generation of creative ideas and proposals for brand development and positioning.
- Participate in the process of creating new products: preparation of materials, coordination tasks, launch support.
- Work with analytics: sales reports, shelf share, prices, trade marketing activities, basic conclusions and insights.
- Participate in the preparation, launch and analysis of advertising campaigns (digital, SMM, radio, TV)
- Interact with the SMM agency: preparation of briefs, collection of materials, execution control tasks.
- Analyze the market and competitive environment: trends, price policy, promotional activities.
- Work with project and contractual documentation within the framework of the brand strategy.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Desirable experience or internship in marketing / brand management (FMCG will be an advantage).
- Experience or interest in the alcohol category is a plus.
- Higher education (marketing, economics, management or related fields).
- Basic understanding of key marketing processes: market analysis, brand positioning, promotion channels, work with the product.
- Knowledge of basic marketing indicators (sales, margin, market share, distribution, etc.) or willingness to quickly understand them.
- Understanding the basics of media planning and marketing strategiesigen is at the level of working with data and reports.
- Proficient in Excel / PowerPoint, attention to numbers and details.
- Structured, responsible, ability to work with several tasks at the same time.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn and develop in brand management.
