Your goal is to develop a base of new affiliates and strengthen our cooperation with existing partners. We value initiative, responsibility and the desire to develop both materially and professionally. For our part, we provide all the necessary tools.

• Requirements:
  

  • Experience in the position of Affiliate Manager is not less than 6 months;

  • Experience in the Dating niche;

  • Basic understanding of the main sources of traffic (FB, Email, Member area, Google — both bay features and quality features);

  • Familiar with API traffic;

  • English language level not lower than B2;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Ability to work with a large amount of information;

  • Proactivity, responsibility and focus on results.
    
    

• Duties:
  

  • Search for new partners and new engagement channels;

  • Maintaining and building long-term relationships with partners;

  • Layout profitable deals based on Win-Win;

  • Traffic flow tracking, performance and indicators;

  • Building and processing analytical data/reports;
