Requirements:

1. Availability of education (secondary/secondary special)

2. Minimum of 1 year of work experience in logistics/working with motor vehicles

3. Driver's license category "B", "C", driving experience of at least 2 years

4. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail)

5. Fluency in the Ukrainian language

7. Responsibility, attentiveness, diligence, sociability

6. Compliance with the fundamental principles of the Red Cross

7 . Compliance with the principle of confidentiality of information

Terms of service :

1. Work in offices/business trips in the Kyiv region

2. Mon-Fri from 09-00 to 18-00 

3. trial period 3 months

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring timely and effective implementation of the action plan for project implementation 

2. Assessment and control of the condition of cars

3. Maintenance of waybills 

4. Participation in procurement

5. Entering data into the CRM system

6. Preparation of necessary documentation 

7. Data processing and systematization 

8. Coordination with drivers 

9. Car resource usage control and reporting
