Junior Accountant/Assistant Accountant in Cofco International

We are a multi-flag, global agri-business with a six-continent supply chain, global logistics and processing assets located at key global trade flows, and more than 13,000 employees in 35 countries.

Currently we are looking for Accountant Department.> normal">Functional duties:

• Maintenance of fuel records; control and verification of waybills.
• Archiving, systematization and storage of documents.
• Reconciliation of mutual settlements with suppliers (counterparts).
• Control of the availability and timely receipt of primary documents for purchases.
• Control of the availability and timely receipt of documents for export and local sales.
• Accounting for write-off of losses (shrinkage/shocks); checking the presence of write-off acts.
• Scanning of primary accounting documents.
• Checking and accepting original documents according to registers.
• Accounting of incoming/outgoing correspondence and requests from Tax and other government authorities.
• Participation in tax audits (checking of collected documents, printing, numbering, preparation and sending by mail).
• Participation in the preparation of audit documents.
• Participation in the annual inventory.

Requirements for candidates:

• Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PP).

• English not lower than A2 (for basic understanding of documentation and working with systems).
• Experienced user of office equipment.
• We will consider candidates without experience, part-time students.
