The company is scaling, accelerating delivery and strengthening the infrastructure platform.You will work in a cross-functional team to create enterprise landing zones on AWS: end-to-end implementation of IDP on Backstage, CI/CD support for infrastructure and applications via GitLab, focus on AWS infrastructure, security, DevSecOps, EKS and observability.

- 7+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles; technical leadership experience is a plus.
- AWS: practical experience, knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework and best practices. HashiCorp stack: Terraform (AWS + private clouds), Vault, Consul. 600">FinOps, experience in capacity planning and load/capacity testing.
- Docker + Kubernetes, preferably confident with EKS.
- CI/CD: GitLab (pipelines for infra and apps).
- Monitoring/logging: Prometheus and/or ELK, APM/telemetry.
- English B2+.
- Strong problem-solving skills, systems thinking, communication with stakeholders.
- Compensation: 6600 USD (gross).
- Salary review: 1 time per year (based on performance review).
