Hiring process:
Introduction and final meeting.

How exactly you can influence the development of the company:
• troubleshoot and solve user problems with Jira projects
• customize and optimize Jira projects for the specific needs of the team< br/>• support integration and automation to communicate Jira with other tools
• develop scripts and macros to automate repetitive tasks
• monitor and optimize existing automations
• automate and support Confluence platforms

Challenges for three months:
• familiarize yourself with the organization of the main processes and approaches to working in a team
• independently close operational tasks according to flow ( communication, analysis, expectation building, implementation/remediation)
• master basic tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Python) and demonstrate knowledge of their functionality
• propose at least one improvement solution to any -what process or tool

To achieve results, you will need:
• from 2 years of Jira, Confluence administration
• business configuration and implementation -processes based on Atlassian Jira products
• process automation
• integration with external systems (Confluence, Slack, etc.)
• experience working with Jira API

< strong>How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your own work schedule, however, in order to be efficient,
we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11 :00 to 16:00
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a gift to the company
• day off for blood donation
