What is important for us?

Technical background (or awareness of IT technologies and fields) to be able to communicate with the client in the same language.

Basic understanding of operating systems, WEB technologies, relational databases, Net/Node, js/MS, SSRS/SQL;

Helpdesk experience and knowledge of ITIL or COBIT would be an advantage

High level of communication skills;

Positive attitude to people, customer-oriented and ability to achieve results and goals;

Readiness for full-time employment;

Proficiency in English at B1 level
