Responsibilities:

• development and implementation of IT strategies that will meet the business goals of clients and contribute to the creation of competitive advantages;
• analysis, development and optimization of technological operating models to increase efficiency, flexibility and scalability. 
• participation in the development and management of IT processes to optimize operations and improve service delivery;
• collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement effective consulting projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, business or related fields;
• 3 years of experience in IT strategy development, technological operational model design and IT process optimization. 
• deep understanding of business technology alignment and transformation initiatives;
• strategic thinking, ability to gather and analyze information and solve problems to reach meaningful conclusions;
• the ability to gather, understand and clearly define business requirements from various industries and transform them into technical solutions;
• ITIL or COBIT certification will be an advantage, as well as project management experience using methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM;
• Knowledge of BPMN or any other similar notation and the ability to design IT processes;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
