We are looking for an active, responsible, purposeful specialist who wants to start a career in IT

Your future tasks:

• Provide technical support to users on software and hardware issues;

• Conduct primary analysis of problems and propose possible solutions.

• Redirect questions to other support lines if necessary.

• Constantly develop in the IT direction.

Our expectations from You:

• Confident user-level PC usage (basic understanding of API and SQL tools)

• Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage (Bitrix24, Salesforce or others).

• The desire to develop in the areas of IT and customer support

• Technical education or experience in IT will be a big plus.
