Requirements:< /b>

• Sufficient skills in using software: MS Office, Google Chrome, MicroSIP, Zoiper, AnyDesk.< /li>
• Confident skills in using Windows 11, 10 OS.
• Experience in using software products of Asana, Help Desk (Service Desk) or similar services to register user requests.
• Experience in Windows domain network administration.

Responsibilities:< /b>

• Reception, registration and classification of requests from users.
• Technical support of network equipment and employees .
• Accounting of IT equipment.
• Speed ​​of elimination of problems related to PC operation.
• Control of execution of requests.
• Planning and scaling the company's cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Selection, installation and configuration of physical hardware.
