We are looking for an IT professional who is organized, experienced and creative, willing to work remotely and help automate processes and integrate systems to provide high quality service to our customers. You can become a key player in our Team if you have the desire to grow!

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining the functionality of all IT platforms of the company

- Providing employees' workplaces with the necessary software (for work and work monitoring)

- Ensuring the uninterrupted work of all programs, telephony, PBX and other means of communication

- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the company website  

- Organization of security of all company data, storage of backup copies of data  

- Creation of access to employees and control over availability of correct access rights for all employees  

- Optimization of software solutions and automation of work processes where necessary  

- Training of employees to work with new programs and solutions

- Creation and configuration of business processes in CRM  

- Creation of AI agents to perform simple tasks

What we expect from our candidate:

• Ability to work independently in remote mode
• Confident command of Bitrix24 CRM system. 
• Ability to create business processes in Bitrix24, configure robots for automation, integrate with other services, create documents, reports, output data in Excel.
• Possession of skills to create or connect ready-made AI agents to perform simple tasks. This is mostly prompt work and basic knowledge of programming languages ​​to debug AI. 
• Previous work experience is a must. At least 1 year of work. 
• Constantly be online, be able to organize your workplace and gadgets so that you can be in touch with the team constantly.
• Knowledge of the English language is a basic level.
