About the project:

We are looking for a BI analyst who will become a key communication bridge between business and development teams (DWH and Tableau). Your main task is to transform business requests into clear technical requirements and ensure their quality implementation in reports and dashboards.

Your ideal profile

Must-have:

• Experience with T-SQL (writing queries, data analysis).
• Understanding the life cycle of BI solutions: from gathering requirements to building reports.
• Skills in documenting requirements in the form of technical tasks/specifications (TOR, TRD).
• Strong communication skills: the ability to translate business language into technical language and vice versa.
• Experience with Tableau (creation of dashboards, projects).
• Completed courses or certifications in business analysis, SQL, BI systems.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and indicators.

What will you do as a Business Intelligence Analyst:

• Communication with business customers to collect and clarify requirements for reporting and analytical dashboards.
• Researching data sources and assessing their suitability for analytical tasks.
• Preparation of TRD (Technical Requirements Document) for:
• DWH developers (creation of data marts, data transformation);
• Tableau developers (creation of BI projects).
• Execution of SQL queries for data analysis and validation of results.
• Independent creation of Tableau dashboards with connection to a highly loaded data warehouse, working with extracts
• Control of the life cycle of tasks: from gathering requirements to testing and transfer to production.
• Backlog management: setting priorities, distributing tasks, monitoring statuses.
