IT Support (Odesa) in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join local user support in Odesa.

Skills:

• A confident PC user;
• Knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment;
• Knowledge of methods of finding and detecting malfunctions of equipment, software;
• Experience of support and installation / setting up / supporting the operation of equipment, software;
• Knowledge of the basics of computer system administration.

Preferably:

• High communication skills;
• Skills in advising users on technical issues.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Experience of working in large companies with a fleet of PCs from 1000;
• Working with Service Manager System Center, Active Directory, IBM Tivoli;
• Working with remote access tools;
• Communicating with clients, processing requests from the first line of support; 
• Working in HelpDesk with inexperienced users for more than 2 years.

• English language at Pre-Intermediate level.
