Responsibilities
- Management of the IT support department team
- Interaction with partners and stakeholders on compatible support processes
- Implementation of standard processes of IT service management (ITSM) and CRI
- Ensuring smooth operation support of implemented systems and services of the organization
- Building, implementation and support of Helpdesk at the level of the entire organization
- Configuration, administration and support of users of the registry platform and other systems.
- Building and implementation of information security standards and measures in collaboration with cyber security management.
- Coordination and implementation of the infrastructure protection system
- Providing the customer with consulting support on the status of systems
- Using the IT infrastructure monitoring system for timely notification of users on the system status portal
- Preparation of a monthly report with the main performance indicators of the IT department
- Assisting IT system administration management specialists within their own competence

Necessary skills
- Higher technical education
- Successful experience in implementing IT projects, products and services, network management, its development and support
- Experience in management positions in the IT industry for at least 3 years
