We are expanding our infrastructure team and are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will not only ensure the flawless operation of our users' workplaces, but also over time create a separate support team and will assume the role of its Team Lead. We value a systematic approach, automating routines and striving to build perfect processes.
Stack and environment:
- OS: Windows and macOS (mixed fleet).
- Identity: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Infrastructure: Hybrid (On-premise + Cloud).
- Automation: Python (will be an advantage), PowerShell, Bash.
Main tasks for thispositions::
- Support and development: Full cycle of user support (L1/L2), configuration of workstations and accompanying software.
- Identity Management: Administration of accounts and access to Entra ID. Coordination of the construction of end-user access role models
- Device management: Implementation and support of MDM solutions (Intune/Jamf) to automate the deployment of the equipment park.
- Optimization: Writing scripts to automate typical requests and installations.
- Documentation: Creating a Knowledge Base for users and internal instructions for IT.
- Management of the life cycle of material assets: Creation, continuous improvement, support and operation of the full cycle
- Strategic growth: Participation in the design of IT support standards of the company with further formation and leadership of its own team.
Necessary skills:
- Experience in administration of Windows 10/11 and macOS at the level of Power User / Administrator.
- Understanding the principles of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and synchronization with local domains.
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with ticket systems (Jira Service Management, HPSM, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Empathy for users, ability to explain complex things in simple language and leadership ambitions.
- English: Level sufficient to read technical documentation and communicate with vendors.
Will be a plus:
- Python coding skills (to automate internal tasks).
- Experience with Terraform or Ansible (we have a strong DevOps culture, and we welcome it).
- Experience managing a fleet of Macs in a corporate environment.
