IT Support Engineer in TemaBit Fozzy Group

We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dnipro.< /p>

Necessary skills:

• Work experience from 1 year in a similar position
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and basic software
• Ability to install and configure hardware drivers
• Ability to install/reinstall OS and software
• Knowledge and ability to use basic Windows commands
• Knowledge of PC hardware
• Knowledge of PC hardware malfunction diagnostics and modular repair
• Basic knowledge of network protocols DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP
• Basic LAN switching skills
• Experience configuring network equipment

Functional responsibilities:

• User support
• PC modernization
• Installation and modernization of cash registers and their support
• Initial configuration of network equipment
• Setting up scales and their support
• Setting up PC workstations and their support
• Controlling contractors
• Setting up TZS
• SCM support
