Art Director in Outcrowd

We are looking for a visionary Art Director who is not just adept at creative strategy but is a maestro of turning visions into reality. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the creative direction of our client projects, ensuring that every piece of communication is not just a message, but a story told with flair and precision.

Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy

- Develop a creative strategy and innovative solutions to solve client, marketing and communication challenges

- Develop the vision of client communication and providing deliverables, effectively communicate that vision to colleagues and clients

Flawless Creative Execution

- Work closely with Designers to ensure Outcrowd on-brand design, accurate message content and adherence (quality control)

- Oversee creative execution across multiple projects and budgets simultaneously, ensuring work is on time and on budget

- Grow visual brand awareness. Develop Outcrowd Style and Design System

Creative Team Leadership

- Grow team potential. Adapts leadership style to inspire and mentor teams of various levels to reach their full potential and produce the best work possible. Ensure that they are exposed to appropriate opportunities to help them grow in their career and to ensure that they continue to add increasing value to the team

- Foster a culture and environment that is conducive to creative development. Place where all participants are heard and respected, resulting in superior creative solutions

- Be in trend. Stay Curious of cultural events, technology and social media and broade trends that affect our clients' audiences and creative development

Client Management/Business Optimization

- Drive continuous process improvement to discover efficiencies and make recommendations within the creative department

- Provide revenue growth. Generate ideas that excite clients and expand their perceptions of what Outcrowd can do to help them drive results. Be involve in negotiations, tenders and project defense

- Grow retention. Work to establish partnerships and relationships with clients.

What is important to us?

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Creative Director or Art Director role, preferably in agency.

- Strong background in devising and executing creative strategies

- Ability to convey client communication strategies to both internal teams and clients.

- Proficient in working with design teams to ensure brand and quality consistency.

- Ability to handle multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

- Experience in enhancing brand visuals and developing style guides and design systems.

- Strive to stay abreast of cultural, technological and social media trends.

- Аbility to implement strategies innovating client engagement strategies for revenue growth and strong client relationship management.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Fluent in English, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level.
