Currently we looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dnipro (shops).

Necessary skills:

• work experience from 1st year in a similar position;
• confident knowledge of the Windows OS and basic software;
• ability to install and configure hardware drivers;
• ability install/reinstall OS and software;
• knowledge and ability to use basic Windows commandsnds;
• knowledge of PC hardware;
• knowledge of PC hardware malfunction diagnostics and modular repair;
• basic knowledge of network protocols DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP;
• basic LAN switching skills;
• experience in setting up network equipment.

Functional duties:

• user support;

• installation and modernization of cash registers and their support;
• initial configuration of network equipment;
• setting of scales and their support;

• customization of TK, support of SCM;
• regulatory works.
