Your duties:

• Consultation of B2B clients on all company products in telephone mode, ticket system;
• Support of clients at all stages, including technical settings and payment issues;

• Checking the quality of connection and surface testing of services;
• Preparing reports on interaction with clients;
• Active cooperation with the team and interaction with different departments of the company.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:30 to 18:30;
• Remote work format for the period of war;
