Your influence:

  • As a Healthcare Concierge (Customer Support Representative) you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries (tickets). Our highest priority is to provide quality service, fully informing members about their benefits and the best ways to use benefits in the shortest possible time
  • Healthcare Concierge will communicate with our customers via chat and phone calls , to advise and help users to obtain a high level of health care. This may include telephone calls with our customers and/or representatives of Healthcare (insurance and health care) in the United States, to assist in making appointments with a doctor, to resolve other inquiries
  • Healthcare Concierge will search for doctors, hospitals and other health care facilities that most closely match our customers' needs, and will also conduct further communication with providers
  • On this position you will collaborate with your team, administrative or clinical staff of healthcare facilities to determine the best strategies to support our members
  • Provide a WOW experience and care to our users

Your experience and skills:< /p>

  • Experience of 6 months or more
  • Experience in Customer Support/Customer Service will be a plus
  • High level of English (Upper-Intermediate+)
  • Strong critical thinking skills (ability to ask questions, gather relevant information, think through solutions and conclusions)
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes
  • Well-developed communication skills (using the most effective channels for communication: internal and external)
  • High level of empathy in daily interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Computer literacy (Office Suite and Google Programs)
  • Ability to fully work both individually and in a team
  • High level of responsibility

Role Details:

  • Working hours 5/2 - Mon-Fri: 15:30 - 24:00
  • 20 paid vacation days within 12 months, and paid sick leave
