• Supporting the operation of CRM, sites, SaaS services and integrations between them.
• Diagnosing technical problems and their elimination (independently or together with developers or service support).
• Working with payment systems and payments (diagnostics, integrations, analytics, self-adjustment).
• Process automation (CRM scenarios, bots, mailings, AI).
• Working with data: uploading, analytics, technical reports.
• Participation in IT projects: preparation of TK, testing, selection, launch of new services. What we offer:
• Schedule9:00am-6:00pm, weekends -SAT/Sun
• Remote / with the prospect of a hybrid schedule in the office
• Salary: 35-40 thousand UAH.
