Charitable organization "Kyiv Regional Branch" Charitable Foundation "SOS Children's Town" invites an IT specialist to cooperate in the project"Support in psychosocial recovery and reconstruction of normal life of families with children in Kyiv and Chernihiv regions of Ukraine". 

The project will contribute to the comprehensive support of families with children affected by the war, improving their quality of life and long-term resilience.  

Project duration: January 2025 - December 2027

• Requirements for the candidate:
  Knowledge of computer equipment, maintenance of office equipment;
• Remote and/or on-site problem diagnosis skills;
• Knowledge and skills in configuring PC components, servers, network equipment and CCTV and LCD systems;
• Ability to respond quickly to tasks that arise;
• Readiness for business trips.

Main duties:

• Ensuring smooth operation of equipment and systems of the organization;
• System administration, maintenance of workstations;
• Setting up and maintaining uninterrupted operation of the corporate network;
• Taking operational measures to eliminate urgent situations that arise in the operation of computer networks and communication equipment;
• Setting up computer and office equipment, communication networks of the organization, access control and video surveillance systems;
• Setting up gadgets;
• Backing up and saving data ;
• Antivirus prevention;
• Restoration of systems after equipment failures;
• Participation in the process of purchasing equipment;
• Analysis weak points of systems, equipment, and settings;
• Control of compliance with IT policies by users;
• Helping employees in IT matters;
• Being ready to go to Irpin locations, Borodyanka, Fastiv, Chernihiv as needed.
