We invite to our team IT equipment accounting manager

We are waiting :

• Maintenance of primary accounting documentation;
• Maintenance of warehouse accounting of IT equipment and IT licenses;
• Organization and participation in periodic accounting of IT equipment and licenses at the company's divisions;
• Management of warehouse work, organization of work on receipt and shipment of goods, preparation for use (labeling);
• Work with applications in the Service system Desk for issuing and receiving IT equipment, licenses and components;
• Selection and purchase of IT equipment, licenses and components;
• Working with non-working equipment, control over the transfer of IT equipment for repair to service organizations, receipt of equipment after repair;
• Communication with external contractors and internal customers;
• Management of document management with suppliers.

Important:

• Experience in the field of IT - more than 2 years;
• Understanding Windows architecture 10 at the level of an advanced user;
• Knowledge of the general principles of building information systems and computer networks of large companies;
• Experience with O365 software products;
• Knowledge and experience in accounting for fixed assets;
• Experience in working with primary accounting documentation (required);
• Knowledge of the 1C system (warehouse accounting).
