LEVEL OF INTERNSHIP Experienced specialist FUNCTION digital business solutions LOCATION Pryluky, Ukraine CONTRACT TYPE Permanent POSITIONING ROLES AND OBJECTIVES You will act as a Junior Computer Systems Manager, responsible for providing IT services for Pryluky factory systems and production users. You will ensure compliance of IT services provided by various internal and external support units with business expectations and contractual agreements according to the approved budget. You will also identify opportunities to improve services. You will participate in global and local projects as a team member, and, subsequently, the project manager (PM). WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Participate in global and local projects for the implementation of new and modernization of existing IT systems and services. Manage the local L1-L2 support team. Ensure the use of agreed global standardized IT management processes services. Manage IT incidents and problems. Proactively monitor IT infrastructure and systems, analyze incidents and problems, identify root causes, and prepare and implement plans to resolve identified issues. Identify production and technology risks and issues and take appropriate and timely action. Regularly analyze service level reports to ensure quality and satisfactory support. Prepare contractual agreements with IT suppliers, manage contracts and payments. Plan and control costs within the allocated budget. Know and adhere to all internal BAT rules and procedures. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Experience in IT support Deep understanding of IT service management processes Experience in participating and leading projects will be an advantage ITIL certification will be an advantage Drive for results Good analytical, organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently Love to work in a team for common goals, at the same time with a common goal responsibility Level of spoken English - AdvancedWE ARE BATU BAT we adhere to our goal - to create a better tomorrow.
