Headquartered in the heart of the automobile industry, Stuttgart (Germany), our expertise stretches from automotive, healthcare, travel, financial, governmental, and insurance to manufacturing industries.Our team is over 100 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff.Our corporate culture is characterized by agile processes, autonomous teams without hierarchies, as well as openness and transparency – both internally and with our clients.The project provides a two-sided marketplace where end customers can share their data with corporate customers via Android & iOS apps. The product solves the previous problem of the GDPR and is relevant for all companies looking for new end customers. Corporate customers can post their offers via a web portal, which end customers can then accept for a fee. The project is still a start-up and was founded in January 2023. We expect major growth in 2025 and therefore want to expand the existing app and web platform.That`s why we are searching for Security Consultant to join our internal team for short-term cooperation.Future tasks:You will have the opportunity to establish the process of penetration testing from a scratch. Building up Penetration Test Suite and Reporting System with Attackforge, Building up test plan, Automation of testing. Requirements:Proven experience in application security, penetration testing.Proven experience with Attackforge or similar tool.Strong understanding of web and mobile application security principles, including OAuth, JWTs, and Auth0.Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, specifically within GitHub environments, and understanding of how to manage secrets securely.Ability to conduct comprehensive security assessments and penetration testing.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP) are advantageous.
