SERIES LEVEL:Experienced Specialist

FUNCTION:digital business solutions

Location: PRYLUKY, Chernihiv Region

CONTRACT TYPE: Indefinite

ROLE POSITIONING AND GOAL

You will act as a Junior Computer Systems Manager, responsible for providing IT services for Pryluky factory systems and production users. You will ensure compliance of IT services provided by various internal and external divisions support, business expectations and contractual agreements in line with the approved budget.You will also identify opportunities for service improvement and support their delivery.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience in IT support
• Deep understanding of IT service management processes
• Strive for results
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Like to work in a team for common goals while having shared responsibility
• Level of spoken English - Upper - Intermediate
• ITIL certification is an advantage
