  • Building and effective leadership of the Wordpress development department.
  • Implementation of Git, CI/CD.
  • Implementation of technical solutions for process automation.
  • Skills:

    • Work skills with the WordPress API (REST API, Hooks, Filters, Actions).
    • Creation of custom themes in compliance with WordPress standards (Codex, WP Theme Handbook).
    • Development of plugins with an emphasis on optimization and security.
    • MySQL: optimization of queries, working with databases.
    • Working with WP-CLI will be a plus.
    • Full cycle of creating sites (buying domains, configuring CDN, cloudflare, SSl, server deployment).
    • CI/CD, Docker for deployment automation will be a plus.
    • Experience with ACF.
    • Using AI tools in work and their introduction into work processes.
    • Using n8n will be a big plus.

    Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of WordPress structure.
    • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP (sufficient to work with WordPress).
    • Deep knowledge of optimization site loading speed.
    • Working with caching tools (Redis, Memcached).
    • Implementation of SEO practices in development (structured data, Schema.org).
    • Knowledge analytical tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).

    Management skills:

    • Team management (coordination of requirements for tasks, delegation and control of execution, mentoring and training of junior developers).
