Basic work tasks:

- Processing of events in monitoring systems (software and IT infrastructure);

- Notification of responsible and interested persons about registration and resolution of planned or emergency work in IT systems;

- Primary analysis of information security incidents, their resolution or transfer to the second line of support.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Higher education;
• General technical literacy skills;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Knowledge of an experienced user of Microsoft Office;
• Theoretical knowledge of working with computer networks;
• Experience with industrial monitoring systems (preferably SolarWinds, Microsoft System Center Operation Manager) and Service Desk systems will be an advantage; 
• PC administration skills and basic knowledge of the hardware part of the data center equipment;
• Knowledge of the principles of building and architecture of IT systems will be an advantage. Familiarity with ITIL, in particular with Event Management.
