Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and product roles
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and candidate profiles
Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS data accuracy
Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards)
Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
English level: B1+ (spoken and written)
