IT recruiter/HR (recruitment specialist) in DIGITAL MEATBALL

We are an online marketing company (media buying / traffic arbitrage). We are looking for an HR specialist with experience in this field to join our team.

Both full and part-time employment is possible.

What will have to do:

• Conduct a full cycle of selection of specialists from junior to senior (mainly media buyers, target specialists, marketers);
• Search for candidates on job sites and other sources (telegram chats, social networks, IT sites) specialists); 
if necessary, conduct monitoring of employees;
• Conduct onboarding, form feedback based on the results to the employee and manager;

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in IT recruiting (preferably from 1 year);
• Understanding how to work with social networks, Telegram chats, LinkedIn and other resources;
• Ability to make the candidate fall in love and "sell" him a vacancy;
• Willingness to work in multitasking mode;
• Initiative, proactivity and the ability to find an approach to any person.
