Assistant HR manager in Rumis Ukrayina, TOV

The company Rumis Ukraine is looking for an assistant HR manager from the financial direction to strengthen our team of professionals in the field of accounting and tax consulting. 

We are looking for someone who can effectively recruit for financial departments such as accounting, financial analysis and tax planning. 

Your role will consist not only of finding new employees, but also of adapting new team members, organizing their professional development and career growth. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of an HR strategy focused on the development of financial specialists, as well as the development of corporate culture and motivational programs.

The ideal candidate for us has:

• Experience as an HR manager from 1 year, preferably in the financial or consulting sector.
• Understanding the specifics of the work of financial specialists, in particular in the field of accounting and taxation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Personnel management skills, knowledge of modern methods of selection and motivation.
