IT Recruiter (English B2+) in Job Advice

We are a recruiting agency with more than 7 years of experience in the market of Ukraine and Europe. We help partner companies find the best talent, and candidates - companies where they can grow even more actively. Our projects cover IT and non-IT fields, and we work with positions from Middle-level to C-Level.

Now we are expanding the team and looking for a Junior or Middle Recruiter with good knowledge of English. If you dream of working with interesting tasks, a stable environment, learning from experienced colleagues and a friendly atmosphere, this job is for you!

What awaits you?

• Work with interesting tasks: search and selection of candidates for positions from Middle to C-Level in the field of IT and beyond.

• Professional development: training, mentoring and practical experience in international markets.

• Live communication: interviews, pre-screen calls, correspondence with candidates in English and Ukrainian.

• Organization of processes: maintaining a database in ATS, reporting and working on the implementation of plans.

• Diversity: every vacancy is new challenge, new people and opportunities to learn something new.

We expect that you:

• have experience in sourcing or recruiting for at least 6 months (or training in specialized courses);

• have English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;

• communicate interestingly and competently in writing and orally;

• ready understand the IT sphere, technologies, professions and the labor market;

• responsible, organized and like to get things done.
