You are 99% ours if you already have similar work experience and are able to:

• find interested candidates (Junior, Middle and Senior levels)
• preliminarily evaluate the suitability of the CV specialist
• conduct introductory interviews and video press screens
• select relevant candidates whose skills match the job requirements
• work with social networks and messengers LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram etc
• analyze the IT market of Ukraine and not only
• build a working search funnel

You can start your career path with us, if:

• you do not have experience, but you have basic knowledge in the IT field
• you are fluent in PC, skype, e-mail and various search services
• your English is at the pre-intermediate level and above
• you understand that successfully starting a new career requires effort and determination and you don't give up after the first "no" (and even after tenth...hundredth too :))

• you quickly learn new information
