You:
Have 2+ years of experience in recruiting (experience in online marketing is a must)
Have experience in recruiting specialists in digital marketing (SMM, Affiliate, Media Buyers, Performance specialists and others)
Know X-ray, Boolean Search, job boards, LinkedIn search and other methods
Possess English at Intermediate level or higher
Have your own list of Telegram channels and LinkedIn groups for various types of vacancies in the marketing field
Own sourcing and recruiting automation tools and able to collect relevant candidate databases
Able to professionally accompany the candidate until the moment of signing the offer
