Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 2 years, preferably in the position of a senior or leading recruiter;
• Ability to find and attract candidates of various levels (from working staff to top managers);
• li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and employees;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and effectively organize your working time;
• Creativity in recruiting approaches and a desire to constantly improve personnel search processes;

What needs to be done?

• Full recruitment cycle: from job profile creation to search and successful employment;
• Recruitment process management and support of company standards in personnel selection;
• Interaction with heads of various departments to determine the needs of new employees;
• Labor market monitoring and implementation of new methods of finding talented specialists;
• li>Training and mentoring of junior recruiters;
