Responsibilities:
- Create and publish job ads in various websites, using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends;
- Screen resumes and job applications;
- Conducting phone calls and online interviews for a wide range of IT roles (junior,mid — level, and senior) to create a shortlist of qualified candidates;
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Your Superpowers:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook,
- Excellentanalytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit and good self — time planner;
