We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertakeall hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people in IT department while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish job ads in various websites, using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends;
• Screen resumes and job applications;
• Conducting phone calls and online interviews for a wide range of IT roles (junior,mid — level, and senior) to create a shortlist of qualified candidates;
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Your Superpowers:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook,
• Excellentanalytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Team spirit and good self — time planner;
