Finance Manager Vacancy in Kyiv

Key Responsibilities

• Manage expense planning, budgets, and weekly cash flow forecasts
• Conduct plan-vs-actual P&L analysis for domestic and international legal entities and projects
• Prepare and present regular analytical reports to senior management
• Implement a uniform management accounting system across the group of companies
• Compile financial statements including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flows
• Develop financial models in Excel
• Work with banks on compliance requirements, loans, and international payments
• Assist in external financial audits (knowledge of IFRS and transfer pricing is a plus)
• Draft agreements in English

Qualifications and skills

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (including creating user-friendly tables, pivot tables, macros, and sensitivity scenarios)
• Fluency in at least three of the following languages: Ukrainian, English, Russian, and German
• Exceptional communication and self-management skills
• Willingness to travel and work additional hours when required
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
• Experience with extracting reports from accounting programs like 1C
• Strong accounting skills including compiling Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flows from Trial Balances
• Accounting or Finance certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CFA) are advantageous

• Accounting or finance certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CFA) an advantage
