And now we are looking for a Recruiter for our client - this is one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the needs defense of Ukraine.

This role will suit you if:

• Have 3+ years of experience in recruiting
• You know how to find highly qualified candidates on job boards, Linkedin and other available sources
• Do you know the basic methods of selection and evaluation of candidates
• You are interested in researching and helping hiring managers build the profile of the candidate they need
• Not afraid to work in a dynamic environment

Future Responsibilities

• Close positions in various departments - IT and non-IT directions: RnD, marketing, logistics, finance, sales, administration, management.
• Actively search and attract great candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and methods
• Contribute your ideas and continue to build recruiting processes in the company
